The YolunuzAvrupaya Affiliate Program offers partners the opportunity to earn commissions by referring new clients. This document outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all affiliates, including eligibility, commission structure, payout rules, and program restrictions.
1. Program Overview
YolunuzAvrupaya Affiliate Program enables individuals and partners to earn a commission by referring new users to our Europe migration support service. Commissions are paid only after full completion of Phase 2 (€285 fee paid).
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Explicitly accept these Terms during registration via checkbox.
- Have a valid email address and payout method (crypto wallet, bank, or Revolut).
3. Commission Structure
You will earn:
- €40 for every person who completes Phase 2 using your referral link.
- +€5 bonus for each conversion from Phase 1 to Phase 2, if the user was referred by you.
Commissions are valid only if Phase 2 is paid in full by the referred user.
4. Payouts
- Commissions are paid via USDT (TRC20), BTC, Revolut, or bank transfer.
- Minimum payout: €40
- Payouts are processed within 5–10 business days after validation.
- All referrals are manually verified before payout to ensure quality and prevent fraud.
5. Tracking & Dashboard
- Each affiliate receives a unique referral link.
- A personal dashboard will show clicks, leads and conversions.
- Phase 1 leads are internally tracked and counted after form submission.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Use paid advertising using our brand name.
- Mislead users with false promises such as guaranteed visa, job offers, or fast-track approvals.
- Spam your link via email, forums, or comments.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without notice if:
- Fraud is suspected
- These Terms are violated
- The account remains inactive for more than 90 days
8. Disclaimer
This is an informational and advisory program only. Participation in the program does not guarantee income, visa approval, or employment opportunities. YolunuzAvrupaya reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
9. Changes to Program
Terms and conditions may change at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major updates via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
10. Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes required by the laws of their country on the income received from this program.
